During the past few days (August 19-21, 2013) when the Philippines had been battered by torrential monsoon rains that was enhanced by the  tropical storm Maring (International name 'Trami') that brought floods to about 60% of the nations capital, I began to think about what would be a good topic to do next for my blog.
